With 17 years experience, ProMag publishes the magazines Meeting Newz and TRAVELinc and runs the Convene exhibition, and the Pacific Area Incentives and Conferences Expo (PAICE). ProMag is also a sponsor of the annual MEETINGS exhibition and publishes a daily newspaper, preview and official show guide for this event. ProMag is behind the stand of the year awards at Convene, Convene South, PAICE and MEETINGS.

ProMag's publications utilise renewable forestry resources and carry the FSC logo. The titles are audited by the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) and meet regulations and standards set by the Magazine Publishers' Association.



The Pacific Area Incentives & Convene Expo (PAICE) enables New Zealand based incentive and conference organisers to research and source products and services from a wide selection of offshore suppliers under one roof, on one day.  The PAICE Expo is being held at SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre on November 19, 2014. The event has previously attracted more than 100 exhibitors from Australia, Fiji, Cook Islands, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Macau and further afield, including India, South America, Middle East and Africa. They are showcasing travel product to New Zealand based meeting and incentive planners, corporate travel agents and others who organise offshore conferences, incentives, functions and events.




Showcases function, meeting and event facilities in the greater Auckland area (from Northland to Waikato) to buyers from New Zealand and Australia. The exhibition allows professionals who organise corporate events (from the company Christmas party to a major conference) to source a diverse range of event products and services under one roof.  Convene was launched in 2006 (as Meet Auckland), the 2014 exhibition will be held on Tuesday April 8, 2014.




Convene South has been launched to showcase event products and services to professionals who organise conferences, incentives and events in the South Island.  Convene South 2014 will be held on Tuesday September 2 from 9.00am till 4.00pm at the Air Force Museum, Wigram. Entry to the exhibition is free and includes access to the educational seminars and entertainment profiles.




Has a much wider scope than the traditional travel trade magazine. It targets the travel management and/or distribution community, reflecting the changes in the sector over the past decade.  TRAVELinc, and its associated websites, e-newsletters and social media outlets, is directed into the hands of anyone who works in a traditional bricks and mortar travel agency, as well as people who run on-line booking and travel information tools, travel management companies, PAs and executive secretaries who book their companies’ travel, specialist interest and niche tour organisers, travel brokers, wedding planners, travel wholesalers and agents specialising in adventure, cruise and other specific sectors. TRAVELinc targets those in the travel chain who can send business to operators – our advertisers.  The editorial content primarily (but not exclusively) emphasises high yield leisure, corporate travel, incentives, weddings, socially responsible travel, special interest tours and other group markets.
